These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Lotus Love mobile application (the "App") provided by Lotus L (individual developer; "we", "us", "our"). By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance

By installing or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not install or use the App, or uninstall it if already installed.

2. Eligibility

The App contains content related to adult intimate activities and is intended for users aged 18 years or older. By using the App, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• Your use of the App does not violate any applicable laws in your jurisdiction

3. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Apple devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions and one-time in-app purchases.

4.1 Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

• Subscription Types: Monthly (lotus.pro.monthly) and Annual (lotus.pro.yearly)
• Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Renewal Charge: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price disclosed at purchase
• Managing Subscriptions: You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings on your device after purchase
