This Privacy Policy describes how Lotus L (individual developer; "we", "us", "our") handles information in connection with the Lotus Love mobile application (the "App").

1. About This Policy

We have designed the App to keep your data on your device or in your personal iCloud account. We do not operate our own backend server, and we do not collect, store, or transmit your personal data to ourselves.

3. Data We Collect and Process

3.1 On Your Device

The App stores the following data locally using Apple's SwiftData framework:

Session records: positions used, durations, location of session, intimacy feeling rating, notes, tags
Position playlists: custom playlists you create
Sensor data from Apple Watch: motion frequency, peak acceleration; in future versions: heart rate
App preferences: language, theme, generation preferences, passcode (if enabled)

3.2 In Your Personal iCloud (Optional, Pro Feature)

If you enable iCloud Sync (Pro feature), the data listed in 3.1 (excluding preferences and passcode) is backed up to your private iCloud Database (CloudKit). This data is stored under your Apple ID, is accessible only to you, and is not visible to us.

3.3 By Apple and RevenueCat (Subscription Management)

When you make a purchase, transaction metadata is processed by Apple (App Store) and RevenueCat (our subscription management provider). This includes transaction ID, product ID, and purchase date. We use this data only to verify and restore your entitlements.

We do not collect your Apple ID, name, email, payment information, or device identifiers (such as IDFA).
